Creating a custom form is made easy in Aqua Forms by allowing you to upload your
company logo, choose borders/backgrounds, control the font, and display credit card logos with a click of the mouse.

Previewing and Testing each form can be accomplished within
the admin section, and forms can be changed in real-time. Aqua Forms even gives you the exact URL of a form,
for linking to the form from your web site or embedding in e-mails.

You can create multi-page forms for implementing tests, shopping carts, quotes and orders.
Each "page" is a separate form, linked through the form properties, so you can take 1 out of the "chain" at any time.

Every form result is assigned a unique identifer (ID),
and records the following properties: Form Name, Web Site Used In, Visitor IP Address, Referrer, and Date Created. All of the form fields and their values are displayed in a printable format.

The form properties also allow you to control the confirmation message and/or re-direction
of the user AFTER the form has been completed. A default "Thank You. Information Saved" message is displayed if left blank.

Field validation is performed automatically by the system, when a form is completed, based
on the form field properties. You can set the max field length, make it a read-only field, a yes/no field, or
force a set of choices.

"Hints" assist you in choosing the: field label, field data type, display type (input field, radio buttons, drop-down lists, or text area),
field choices, maximum length, and default values.

and even filter field values by keyword or search-string. Then, export an entire form to CSV format, or choose from 4 different delimiters to match the destination system. |
