Contact Management |
| • |
Each sales person can be assigned to their own team, or a
sales team containing other sales persons. |
|
• |
The Soft Contacts architecture was designed to accommodate companies
and contacts for small, medium, and large organizations. |
| • |
Which companies and contacts a sales person
has access to are governed by the "Sales Teams" created in the Soft Contacts Admin Extranet. |
|
• |
Includes unlimited actions for every contact. Also
has reminders which will alarm to alert you of a: tickle date, follow-up, meeting, etc. |
| • |
With many sales persons,
the need to track which sales teams a person is part of becomes crucial.
For this purpose, we have included a special report which lists all sales
teams a sales person is part of.
|
|
• |
Many times the contact will have the same address as their Company. This situation
is handled efficiently with an Inherit Company Address field in the contacts profile.

Searches and Reports |
| • |
Each sales person has
the ability to enter monthly sales figures for their: planned. forecast,
and actual sales. They also have a sales history report to view all of their sales
figures by month. |
|
• |
Advanced search functions
allow matching on all company or contact fields simultaneously, as well as sorting capabilities. This type of search is also available for sales persons in
the admin extranet. |
| • |
The Soft Contacts Admin Extranet includes a
sales history report. However, instead of including only one persons data, it contains sales
figures for ALL sales persons. The admin sales history report also allows figures to be pulled
between two dates and sorted by various data columns. |
|
• |
The reports section provides Ad Hoc Report Generation for
contacts and their "Detailed Profiles". Mailing labels are easy to print using the Soft Contacts Avery 5160 Label Report. |
