Equipment & Parts   Work Orders
•  Adhesion allows you to manage equipment and part inventories with confidence. Inventory levels are re-checked automatically at the time of writing records to the database, and configurable security allows for appointing parts prime(s).
 
•  The work order management system provides your company with a vehicle of controlling and tracking equipment maintenance history. Security configurations enable the use of work order prime(s), and/or work order approval prime(s).
•  Preventative maintenance and rebuilds of equipment are organized into a graphic view using equipment/part associations and respective quantities. The database design allows for parts to be associated with many pieces of equipment. •  Every work order tracks: equipment information, open date, approval date, close date, downtime, prime technician, parts used, services rendered, total cost and more. The status field drives work orders through a work-flow ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
 
•  23 different equipment characteristics can be stored, as well as 25 part characteristics. Fields cover: vendor, asset tag number, serial number, model number, dimensions, warehouse storage locations, hazardous waste information, and more!
 
•  Printable work orders are provided in HTML format (with no images) which facilitates integration with existing paper processes as well as e-mailing work orders on demand.
 
Maintenance Schedules   Just-In-Time Reports
•  The daily, weekly and monthly schedules enable your company to plan preventative maintenance and rebuilds of equipment ... knowing the required parts will be in stock. Security groups control employee access to schedules. •  Adhesion provides Just-In-Time Inventory Control using a comprehensive report displaying parts, equipment, tasks, and inventories. There is no more guess work ... just schedule the maintenance tasks for your equipment, and the system will alert you when parts need to be ordered!
 
•  Schedule tasks are flexible enough to handle simple tasks or target equipment items with task types (Preventative Maintenance, Rebuild, Repair, etc). Schedule tasks provide the information needed for the Just-In-Time Inventory Report to alert you of required parts.
 
•  In addition to the Just-In-Time Parts Inventory report, a Parts Threshold report generates an alert if any quantity in stock falls below the designated minimum threshold.
