Billing Time provides every employee and contractor in your organization with access
to an integrated, easy-to-use Time Sheet solution. Managers have the additional ability to approve or reject every time sheet entry, or
an entire day (with only one click).

Reporting is very important to time sheet administration, so we have
included report generation screens, which allow you to select report criteria for customization. These features are available
for administrator as well as employee reports/exports.

Time Sheet Entries do not overlap, thus hours are blocked out for their entire
duration. Billing Time limits the choices of start and end times to facilitate time sheet entry.

Time Sheet data may be sliced and diced in various ways. Administrators
may report on an individual contact, or group them together ... creating a weekly or daily analysis.

Time Sheet Entry Information is flexible enough to handle ANY industry: 22 duration types, description,
start time, end time, date, status, project, comments, issues, and administrator comments.

Time Sheet data may also be displayed for a particular project, or
all projects can be shown on a single report. All reports and exports allow you to segregate the data by status
as well: Submitted, Approved, Rejected, or All Statuses.

Since it is web-based, your time sheet software will be accessible from anywhere in
the world. And navigating the monthly, weekly, and daily views is made simple with the intuitive user interface. |

Billing Times exports can be generated for a rolling weekly view, or
for a daily export/interface. The administrator even has the ability to choose from 4 preset delimiters (field separators).
