Regardless of industry type or size of company, our flexible enterprise applications will provide a solid solution for automating business processes
... today and in the future. Database designs that consider ubiquity and growth. Application architectures that provide security models which can adapt to your organization.
Portable, web based software that can be easily installed or moved when necessary.
These are the results of our focus on flexibility, so that you can focus on your business ... not your applications.
We realize the importance of choosing software that can grow with your company. Our engineers have ensured that the scalability of our products is preserved during
application conception, design, and upgrades. Scalability begins with "numeric ID based" data entities, spans most system work flows, and considers compatibility with large ERP's.

Our applications have been designed for use by small businesses as well as large companies
(or divisions within companies). We have created system work flows that satisfy this wide range of requirements by providing functionality options and
security roles. Much of this feature is transparent to the user, and only requires a small decision on the part of the application administrator.
For instance, our Help Desk Software allows 1 administrator to resolve all tickets for small companies, while allowing larger
companies to assign help tickets to technical support employees and contractors.

 |
Security models have also been developed to provide the maximum
scalability for our customers. Most of the application security models are similar and involve creating "groups" or "teams". But all of them allow for
expansion and reorganization without ever editing a single contact record. For example, the sales team security in our Sales Force Automation
Software is flexible enough to handle: 1 sales person per sales team, all sales persons in 1 team, or
sales teams split into any number of groups (districts, regions, etc.).

An integrated and normalized database design powers all of our applications. The database tables have been designed to be compatible with most
large ERP's (such as SAP, BAAN, PeopleSoft, etc.). Additional fields have been included, such as separate bill-to and ship-to address blocks,
to provide medium and large companies needed storage and a growth path for small companies. Considerations in data field choice, length, and data type have been made to allow for
easy integration with other legacy systems your company may already be using.

 |
All "business entities" (such as companies, contacts, projects, etc.) are stored with a
numeric system identification number. All large ERP's recommend and use this type of organization, which allows for easy data migration as well as
preserves system and data integrity. All stored procedures use strong
typing that allows for identification numbers with up to 10 digits of precision.

There are no session variables used in our ASP web applications. Although they can be useful,
they are prohibitive in a "server farm" environment ... where transactions are split among servers on a capacity basis.
This feature allows you to utilize our software on an existing server farm, or use it on one server with confidence that the
applications will grow with your traffic.
|
 |
All "data entity ID" calculations and comparisons are performed after the values have been converted to "double" integers.
This feature is implemented across the board and offers the assurance that large identification numbers
will not cause errors as your system gains database records, or as you migrate your
existing data into our database structure.
